How did Rhea fool Cronus into vomiting up the gods?
She fed Cronus a stone instead of her youngest child, Zeus. Metis, the personification of human intelligence, gave Cronus an emetic and he threw up all of the gods and the stone.

How does Zeus escape the pattern of the succession myth?
Zeus manages to give birth to Athena and is never overthrown by his offspring.
How did Zeus give birth to Athena?
He married Metis and swallowed her whole to prevent her from giving birth. He got a head ache and when his head was split open Athena was born.

Battle with the giants. The giants are urged by Gaea to attack Olympia.

What does Prometheus do for human?
He tricks Zeus so that humans may have the meaty part of the sacrifice and fire.
What did Pandora and her jar end?
The golden age.
