Q

What are the key points of constructivism?

A

science and our understanding of psychology is defined by social processes. Thinking in science is constructed by the society of a scientist. Therefore research should avoid being over-prescriptive with tools. How much does a brain scan, IQ score, personality test tell you about a person? Constructivists look for evidence of a holistic consideration of an individual.
