A

= potential to lose emotional content
= loss of process
- Loss of meaning with text 'speak' and shorthand
= eg. 'eva' veres 'ever', 'wot' verses 'what'
- Exposure and over-exposure
= can ignore it or let it intrude
- Exclusion - who can communication
