Definition of adulthood (WHO)
- Older than 19 yrs of age
- Under supervision of educational psychologist , up to 25yrs
Explain the dark triad
- Personality traits of narcissism , Machiavellians (manipulative) , and psychopathy
- They overlap in common leaders , celebs , and politicians
How does excessive power affect relationships?
- Many feel powerless and victims of outside forces
- May stem from habitual external forces and carry a number of different reasons / low self esteem
- Manifests itself into discomfort with power and believe it harms relationships

Define and explain key features of the menopause

Explain the psychological effects of hormonal changes
- Estrogen , Progesterone , and Testosterone in decline
- Depression , irritability , forgetfulness , anxiety , insomnia

3 ways the menopause can be managed
1= SYMPTOM CONTROL: loose clothing , decreased caffeine intake , limit alcohol consumption
2= HRT: hormone therapy to replace declining hormones
3= HEALTHY LIFESTYLE: CBT , exercise , mindfulness , stop smoking
Define and explain osteoporosis
- Health condition weakening bones , making them fragile
