- A philosophical and political movement focused on shifting power and resources to people most vulnerable to structural violence

What two questions should be asked in harm reduction?
A
- what specifically are the harms associated with using substances (often substance specific) in this setting and what can be done to reduce the risk?
- How can the patient benefit from care in this setting (focus of care is not on whether the patient is using drugs instead it is on their safety, functioning, and ability to benefit from being in this care setting)
