Five criteria, Two conditions, and ensure there are no extra-billing and user charges for insured health services
They are entitled to their complete Canada health transfer.
Provinces receive funding from
Canada health act (transfers funding from richer areas to those in need)
Health promotion
to facilaite reasonable access to health services and to protect , promote and restore the physical and mental wellbeing of all residents within Canada
