2 Payment Systems for Grants (non DOD)
1) ASAP (Automated Standard Application for Payments) is a completely electronic system that federal agencies use to quickly and securely transfer money to recipient organizations, which allows grantees to draw down funds
2) PMS (Payment Management System) by the Department of Health and Human Services which is a cash management system. It is a tool to help grant recipients draw down funds and file the Federal Financial Report (FFR).
Final 3 Reports at Closeout
1) Final Financial Report (FFR) - gives exact balance of unobligated funds and may not reflect any unliquidated obligations.
2) Final Invention Statement & Certification (FIS) - lists all inventions conceived or reduced to practice during the project from the start date of the first budget period through the last day of the final budget period.
3) Final Progress Report (F-RPPR) - includes a statement of progress made toward the achievement of the original aims, a list of significant positive or negative results, a list of publications resulting from the project, plans for further publication, and a statement of project outcomes.
