OCER could make use of social networking to update their customer’s on events or shows at the theatre. They could also use podcasts to advertise some of their shows, such as giving small “sneak peeks” of the actors. They could also use Content Hosting Services such as YouTube in a similar way to Podcasts but have longer videos to advertise the show. Lastly, Blogs could be used to update customers on shows and events but from a more personal perspective, such as from one of the actors describing the experience.
