Warm Front
Warm air mass meets and overrides a cold air mass

Cold air mass meets a warm air mass and causes it which is a warm air mass to rise

Measures air pressure Low-clouds/rain. High-sunny/fair

Measures rain/precipitation in a storm

Measures how much rain has fallen
Wind Vane
The direction the wind is blowing from
Hydrometer
Measures the moisture in the air (humidity)

The temp outside or the conditions outside like rain, snow, hail, or other things.
