- block the knees and head - grab leg rest and stay rotated, try to land on side with head up
anterior - protect head, rotate trunk, grab legs
propulsion
push phase and recovery phase
push phase - hand is physically pushing the chair
recovery phase - hand is waiting to make contact with hand rim again
ideally push and recovery phase should be =
pressure relief strategies
lateral lean, forward lean, push up, caregiver tip/tilt
