What is evaporation?
A
The process where water changes from a liquid to vapour

What is condensation?
A
The process where water vapour changes into a liquid.

What is precipitation?
A
This is different types of water eg. rainfall, snow, sleet and fog.

A
This is when water moves directly over the surface, eg, a river. Surface runoff can increase with heavy rain.

What is transpiration?
A
This is when surplus water, from plants, is returned back to the atmosphere.

A
This is when water moves through rocks.

A
Some rain sinks into the soil as groundwater and flows through the ground to rivers, lakes and oceans.
