RAMP

1-Help increase breathing rate.

2-Helps increase blood flow/circulation to the muscles to supply them with oxygen.

3-Increases flexibility/range of motion for main activity

4-Reduces risk of becoming injured

2-Brings heart rate back down to resting levels.

3-Reduces fainting or dizziness.

4-helps decrease stiffness and prepare you for next session
