Cardiovascular endurance
The ability of the body to perform a prolonged, large muscle, dynamic movement at a moderate to high intenisty.

Aerobic-Excercise that requires oxygen to produce necessary energy
Anaerobic-exercise that doesn’toxygen to produce energy

The proportion of Fat and fat free mass
