I’m looking for work that offers plenty of variety, opportunities to learn and that never gets boring. I’m an organized, conscientiousness person who is also able to be flexible, and I’d like to use my strengths to bring more joy to people’s lives.
What are important skills/attributes for a server?
Providing, efficient, knowledgeable service

How would you deal with a customer complaint?
First, I would listen carefully. I think it’s so important for customers to be able to tell complaints to a human being face to face. I would resolve anything I could on the spot - if it was about food perhaps refunding or exchanging it, but if it couldn’t be resolved right away, I’d take a note to the manager so that person could follow up with the customer. Importantly though, I would prioritize following the procedures you have for addressing complaints.
What is your greatest weakness?
Because I love variety, I can become bored and lose focus if tasks become too repetitive.
