How would you deal with an angry customer
I would stay calm and actively listen. I’d apologize and/or employ de escalation if necessary. I’d work on resolving the issue, and if I couldn’t resolve it, I’d take a note to someone else, but in either of those cases I’d make a plan for following up with the person. Finally, I’d always prioritize safety in these situations.
Why do you want this job?
I love books and learning and would love to help other people learn. I’ve liked the library as far back as I can remember from the books to events to other resources. I also enjoyed working at my college library.
