Tell me about yourself / why do you want to be a medical receptionist?
I’m an analytical person with strong communication skills capable of working both alone and in a busy environment. I can remain calm under pressure, have relavant experience and most importantly love animals.

What do you expect to do on a daily basis
The responsibilities will vary from booking appointments and scheduling to responding to requests from medical professionals to interacting with and helping patients.
Why might people be angry
It’s normal for people to become angry when something as serious as the health of their pets is at risk - I should know. I’ve been angry about it before.
I’m naturally confident and resilient but have also researched communication skills preparing for situations like those Depending on the situation, I would use a variety of the communication tactics I’d learned to help customers effectively and empathetically.
