Voluntary Assisted Dying Act (2017)
A
- commences 19th June 2019
- Victorian
- Must meet all criteria:
- 18 or older
- Aus. citizen or live here for 12m
- Have mental capacity
- Be diagnosed with a disease that is incurable, advanced, is expected to cause death not exceeding 6m

- First request to GP
- make a written request (2 independent witnesses)
- Person makes a final request to GP
