What is the MOA of tobacco?
Inhalation to the lungs; absorbed rapidly in pulmonery venous circulation; arterial circuation transports to brain; dopamine is released by brain by central receptors; dopamine release creates pleasurable exp.
Plasma nicotine levels have to be maintained to prevent withdrawal symptoms

Chemotactic, phagocytic activity of leukocytes
