Anything that can causes moisture around the vulva - tight clothing, tight underwear, increased weight, chemical irritants (soap, bubble baths, antiseptics, threadworms

Management of vulvovaginitis
A
Avoiding irritants, vinegar baths, worm treatments (pyrantel, mebendazole) particularly if symptoms are nocuyrnal and now resolving
