> histology of punch biopsy
how is vulval intraepithelial neoplasia managed?
> laser
> topical treatments [imiquimod]
what type of cancer is the majority of vulval cancer?
squamous cell carcinoma
how does vulval cancer present?
> pain > itch > bleeding > lump > ulcer
what is the management for vulval cancer?
> surgery
groin node dissection
radiotherapy
chemotherapy
what is stage 1 vulval cancer?
less than 2cm
what si stage 2 vulval cancer?
more than 2cm
what is stage 3 vulval cancer?
local spread to unilateral nodes
what is stage 4 vulval cancer?
> spread distally
> advanced local disease
