Driving a school bus with at least one student passenger while DWAI or DWI is a felony, punishable by a fine of ________ and/or imprisonment for DWAI, and a fine of $2,000-$10,000 and/or imprisonment for DWI.
In addition to the above penalties, the person may also be disqualified from driving for a period of time.

However, these convictions will not be considered predicate felonies or previous felony convictions for the purposes of sentencing under other laws.
