  3. Must ask permission from clients to check on container cuz might be a problem with the container and escalate task to IT.

A

no trading activity for the 2 weeks continuously.
VPS suspension warning email will be sent to the client asking them to trade within the next 2 days.
and if no trading activity in two days, VPS is suspended

A

Ask client to copy EA files to the VPS desktop, ask permission before hand to access their container and create a task for the IT specialist to assist.
