Who shall an employee contact if he/she feels uncomfortable confronting an offender who is offensive?
First the employee must confront the offender and make it clear that the offensive behavior must stop. If the employee feels uncomfortable in doing that then the employee should contact a supervisor, Commander, Equal Employment Opportunity Assistant Coordinator or the Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator
How can an employee initiate the resolution of a complaint?
Complete Part I of the Equal Employment Opportunity Complaint Form. The employee shall either mail the form (marked confidential) or take it directly to the Director, SMB
Where can an employee obtain an Equal Employment Opportunity Complaint Form?
The EEOC form can be found in any District/Division.
Who shall employees notify when they become aware of conduct believed to be sexual harassment or discrimination directed at them, witnessed by them, or related to them by another employees?
Their Supervisor or Commander/Director
