Use: maintenance of the teeth and cells, keeps connective tissues strong
What are some sources of Vitamin D and what does the body use it for?
Sources: oily fish, meat, sunlight
Use: helps with the absorption of calcium making our bones strong
What are some sources of calcium and what does the body use it for?
Sources: milk, cheese
Use: strengthen/maintains bones and teeth
What are some sources of irons and what does the body use it for?
Sources: dried fruit, nuts, seeds
Use: to transport oxygen around the body, keeps blood healthy
