Relaxed, rested and seated.

12-20 breaths per minute

94-99%
Whats a ‘normal’ adult range for Pulse rate?
60-100 beats per minute

90/60 - 140/90 mmHg

How may an altered level of consciousness present in a adult?
Confusion, lethargy, disorientation, delirium, impaired cognition or coma.

What questions would you ask in order to assess the level of consciousness of a patient?
Is the patient alert? Talk to the patient: altered mental state? Talk to the patient: Response? Mental state usual for patient? Do they respond to pain?
