  • Each line is 0.1 log mar
  • where there are 5 lines/optotypes each is 0.1/5=0.02

How to work out score on log mar test

A

The line they got correct which is numbered 1.0 you leave but on the next line the ones that they got right u minus them from the top line e.g the top line is 1.0 but they got 2 wrong on the next line so you will do 2x0.02=0.04 so you do 1-0.04=0.06
