if using a sections outside SFO’S standard form of orders ,,use words ‘FAILURE TO MAINTAIN OR PROVIDE” in front of code info and provide code/rule section number

REMEDY is simply repeat of code but should start with words “ MAINTAIN OR PROVIDE”
