IMMEDIATELY TELEPHONE ADMINISTRATIVE BATTALION CHIEF

Complaints investigated promptly, MUST be investigated 24 hours after receipt .

-Investigate ONCE PER DAY , completed within 72 hours
(if unable to COMPLETE investigation after 72 hours, NO ACCESS..PHONE BISP…Officer guided by BISP, may have additional info or request final report)

-each attempt recored on A-17

OFFICER shall fax an UNENDORSED copy of A-17 (FINAL or INTERIM) to BISP UNIT, IMMEDIATELY AFTER CONDUCTING INVESTIGATION ….If no access, INTERIM BOX in upper right hand corner must be marked
