We often got on with Saxons and adopted their Christian gods and accepted their coins

Got half the country and many major towns to rule like York,Derby & Leicseter with
the Treaty of Wedmore
York was a key centre of ours- we had long houses, sagas- are own culture continued and our trade and towns grew, Like York from 1,000-……..
