- Maintain airway/ventilation
- Obtain IV/IO access

- Epi 1mg IV/IO (or Vasopressin 40 units)

Defib -> CPR x 2min
- Amiodarone 300mg IV/IO Push

- Epi 1mg IV/IO (or Vasopressin 40 units if not used yet)

- Amiodarone 150mg IV/IO push

Defib -> CPR x 2min
- Epi 1mg IV/IO

A
Continue defib every 2 minutes if the rhythm remains unorganized

A
