Relieve chest discomfort
Prevent major adverse cardiac events (MACE)

A

ABCs
O2 (maintain pulse ox of 94-99%)
12 Lead EKG (before O2 if VS is stable, no resp distress, & pulse ox >94%)
Meds = ASA, Nitro, Morphine
