exercise based program designed to reduce vertigo, gaze instability and falls

What is the underlying physiological basis for VRT?
A
Plasticity of the CNS. VRT does not involve regeneration or treatment of the vestibular end organ. it works by allowing the CNS to adapt to conflicting input from the 2 vestibular systems.
