Tricks to catch them not audio and techniques
A
Ask office staff re behaviour
Begin with tymps, AR and OAE. State these look normal.
Reinforce a flicker of response.
Start low and continue ascending so they cannot establish loudness level.
Ask children to say yes when they heard or no when they didn’t.

A
Avoid confrontation.
Say you may misunderstood my directions
You may be feeling unwell/tired
Maybe headphone not fitting, need to go to inserts.
