An autosomal dominant disorder leading to the formation of abnormal blood vessels in the skin, lips and nose.

It causes epistaxis and lip lesions

Symptoms - Petichae but normal platelet levels

This usually occurs most infection, drug use, or with senile purpura

eg Henoch-Schönlein purpura (infants and causes arthritis too)
