Return to chest compressions - promptly

If chest does not rise, what do you do?
Repeat the head tilt-chin lift to open the airway and try again to make chest rise
Is there a risk of gastric inflation by giving the breaths too quickly or with too much force?
Yes
How do you avoid gastric inflation?
Give breath over 1 sec
Deliver just enough air to make chest rise
