What causes shark fin capnography and what is the pathophysiology
A
CHF, Asthma, COPD, Bronchospasm
Regional obstruction that causes a turbulent mixing of dead space air with alveolar air. This mixing softens the rapid rise in CO2 concentration of exhaled air.
