Q

Pathogenic immune complex formations ?

A

Henoch-Schönlein purpura

maybe a sudden URI, and you created all these immune complexes and they get stuck in very small vessels ( capillaries) - lungs and kidneys ( small vessel disease) - kidney damage and lung damage - usually on LE and butt. The ABS attack whatever condition it thinks is not self.
