Where does the pulmonary artery come from?

What does the superior vena cava do?
Carry oxygen-poor blood to the right atrium, where it moves into the right ventricle and then to the lungs to trade in carbon dioxide for oxygen.
What does the aorta do?
The aorta is the main artery that carries blood away from your heart to the rest of your body.
What does the pulmonary artery do?
The pulmonary arteries carry blood from the right side of the heart to the lungs.
What do pulmonary veins do?
Transfer freshly oxygenated blood from the lungs to the left atria of the heart

Where does the great cardiac vein originate from?
It originates at the apex of the heart and ascends in the anterior interventricular groove.
Where is the small cardiac vein located?
Located on the anterior surface of the heart, in a groove between the right atrium and right ventricle.
It travels within this groove onto the posterior surface of the heart, where it empties into the coronary sinus.
Where does the middle cardiac vein begin and ascend to?
Begins at the apex of the heart and ascends in the posterior interventricular groove to empty into the coronary sinus.
Where is the posterior cardiac vein located?
Located on the posterior surface of the left ventricle.
It lies to the left of the middle cardiac vein and empties into the coronary sinus.
