Q

How can we test validity?

A
  • Concurrent validity: this involves comparing the results to a benchmark test results and if they are the same they are valid
  • Predictive validity: This is comparing future outcomes with the test results predicted and if they match the findings and test is valid
  • Face validity: this measure of validity identifies whether the test actually sets out to measure what is supposed to measure.
