discharge, pelvic or abdominal pain, or urinary symptoms; trauma; medications (especially warfarin,
contraceptives); history of easy bleeding or bruising; history of abnormal Pap smears
Key physical exam in vaginal bleeding
Vital signs; abdominal exam; complete pelvic exam
