Preceding symptoms (nausea, diaphoresis, palpitations, pallor, lightheadedness)
Context (exertional, postural, traumatic, dehydration, stressful/painful/claustrophobic experience)
Tongue biting or incontinence
Tonic-clonic movements
Prolonged confusion
Dyspnea or pulmonary embolism risk factors
Hx of heart disease, arrhythmia, HTN, DM
Alcohol or drug use
