A
Sarcoidosis, idiopathic.
Autoimmune eg: Reiters, Ank Spond, SLE, RA, Psoriatic Arthritis
Infections, toxoplasmosis, Herpes Zoster,

Symptoms/signs
A
Painful eye, particularly when focusing Red eye Photophobic Blurred vision Unilateral

Invstigations
A
To find out causes:
Calc for sarcoidosis, HLA-B27 for autoimmune, CRP for RA
Viral scree for toxoplasmosis and Herpes

Management
A
For chronic: Cycloplegic drugs such as cyclopenolate.
Corticosteroids, topical, oral or IV
For severe, TNF blocker (adalimumab), or mycophenolate mofetil.
