Q

Describe multifocal choroiditis?

A
  • Uncommon bilateral posterior/panuveitis
  • Acute Anterior Uveitis (AAU) in 50%
  • Vitritis common
  • Chorioretinal lesions – lots of small lesions dispersed throughout retina in both eyes
  • Active inflammation have fluffy edges whereas inactive inflammation have marked well-defined edges
