A
- Hydration
- Avoid bubble bathes
- Clean perineum from front to back
- Prevent constipation

- IV amoxycillin + gentamicin
- IV cephalosporins + ampicillin
If >3months and uncomplicated
- 3 days of trimethroprim or
- Nitrofuratoin/ amoxycillin
If complicated
