Complications

A
  • Hypersensitivity (includingn Stevens-Johnson Syndrome)
  • Blood dyscrasias (anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis)
  • Crystalluria
  • Kernicterus: brain damage from high levels of bilirubin in newborns
  • Hyperkalemia
