Infection in either the upper or lower renal symptom.

Changes in pregnancy
A
Increased volume due to the more blood volume therfore the kidneys have to work harder to filter. Glucose is unable to filter as we so we have glycosuria. Progesterone relaxes the bladder more chance for bacteria to grow.
Eostrogen makes the endothelium of the bladder more prone to trauma and infections.

Treatments
A
Antibiotics - ceflaxine must do an MSU to find whether it’s fungal low vaginal swab. Hydration cranberry juice.
