A
Anything that increases oestrogen and encourages proliferation of the endometrium
- HRT oestrogen only
- 0 Parity
- Obesity - fat to oestrogen
- Late menopause

What are the symptoms?
A
Post menopausal bleeding
Menorrhagia
Inter menstrual bleeding
Pelvic pain
Discharge
Not usually enlarged uterus

How is it diagnosed?
A
Transvaginal US to show thickening and then biopsy to confirm.
MRI to stage
