Definition: Migraine without aura
A
- recurrent headache 4-72 hours
- pain is mod-severe
- aggravated by routine activities
- nausea or photophobia/phonophonia

A
- aura symptoms occur for 5-60 min and happen 60 min beforre onset of migraine
- recurrent unilateral attacks
- positive symptoms attacking visual, sensory, speech/language
