-onset of dementia within 3 months, abrupt deterioration, stepwise fluctuations
treatment for vascular deentia
same as AD (anticholinesterase and NMDA recet=ptro antagonist)
parkinson’s disease dementia
develops after patient has PD for 5-7 years
criteria:
-bradyphenia, depression, reiterative speech, EDF
dementia with ley bodies
- dementia
- prominent memory loss
- deficits attention, EF, visuospatial
- REM sleep disorder
- spontaneous parkinsonism
- -halluncinations
