  • Eg. stroke/TBI: will somewhat resolve itself, can suggest therapies
  • Eg. prog neuro: deteriorations is inevitable, focus on maintenance of function
  • Eg. Friedrich’s ataxia: motility is most important thing, then comm as they lose speech, then basic needs
